VIRUS XC2.2 · CNC WELDLESS PLATFORM

Precision without welds. Service without compromise.

VIRUS XC2.2 is the established modular paramotor chassis for beginner and advanced pilots. Digitally designed and assembled from high-strength aluminium components, it is built for repeatable fit, individual replacement of parts and a configuration matched to the pilot.

01

CNC weldless chassis

The three-dimensional frame is assembled from CNC, laser and waterjet-cut flat elements in heat-treated 7075-T6 and 2024-T3 aluminium alloys.

02

Four-part aerodynamic ring

The 6082-T3 aluminium safety ring separates into four segments. Eccentric quick-release bolts and QR radial consoles simplify assembly and transport.

03

Pilot-tuned suspension arms

Heat-treated multi-layer aluminium S- and J-arm options are selected around the pilot, with 10–30 mm adjustable asymmetry for torque compensation.

04

Integrated pilot support

The shaped fuel tank is integrated into the raised aerodynamic chassis and also supports the lower back. The AVA-Moto harness adds multi-point adjustment and ventilation.

XC2.2 / TECHNICAL DATA

A modular system, down to the last part.

The supplied XC2.2 documentation describes a platform in which engine mounting, suspension geometry, ring and harness can be selected and serviced as separate modules.

OWNER & PILOT FEEDBACK

Proven in use, remembered for support.

Experienced pilots, engineers and former partners describe the XC2.2 construction, durability and long-term service experience.

The Virus XC2.2 frame is superbly engineered, with no welds. Its durability is impressive — personally tested, with only minor scratches after a hard landing.
Ivo MarkovParamotor pilot, 10 years · Bulgaria
It was always easy to get parts, support and quick answers. The thoughtful technology made flying more comfortable and assembly simple.
Davidson TaruflyPilot & long-term collaborator · USA
The knowledge, design and quality were second to none. As an engineer, I appreciated the materials, CNC machining and the way the machine was designed as a complete system.
